Our tile & grout process
- 1. Inspect — walk the floor, identify problem areas and soil pattern.
- 2. Pre-treat — heavy soil and stains get a dwell with the appropriate cleaner.
- 3. Agitate — grout lines worked with dedicated brushes and tools.
- 4. Extract — high-pressure hot-water extraction lifts the loosened soil.
- 5. Rinse and dry — neutral rinse, then dry pass.
- 6. Optional seal — color seal for grout, protects against re-soiling and adds 1–2 years of life.
