  About Brobst Cleaning Services:

My background spans two decades in the restaurant industry. I learned two simple and yet powerful phrases in that industry: “If you have time to lean, you have time to clean”, and “Clean as you go.” During this time, I honed my skills by cleaning kitchens, restrooms, and dining rooms. 

I furthered my skills through part-time custodial roles, where I learned professional carpet cleaning. I was also responsible for cleaning a commercial property that was over 5,000 sq ft. While cleaning this property, I started thinking about owning a cleaning business of some sort. I had hands on cleaning experience but not business experience. During this time (2012-2016), I was working in management in restaurants. 

My wife and I were both raised in families that owned a business, so being an entrepreneur is in our DNA. In 2017, I had a GM position and really learned a lot about business. During this time, my wife and I decided to start a retail business. That business was not successful, and we gave up on it in 2019. During 2020 and 2021 I started to reminisce about the custodial jobs I had done, and I still had a desire to be a small business owner. The aspect of the cleaning industry that I enjoyed the most was carpet cleaning. In October of 2021, I purchased commercial grade carpet cleaning equipment. I got my LLC in November of that year. I have been running the business fulltime since August of 2022.
