Most projects need two or three of these passes. It depends on the build's size and how clean the trades left it. We figure out the right combination during the quote.
- Initial or rough clean. Large debris and dust after framing or major work.
- Detail clean. Surfaces, fixtures, and trim before final inspection.
- Final clean. Touch-up pass before handover or walkthrough.
