How we handle your information

What we collect

The only place we ask for personal information is when you book a walkthrough through the Calendly widget on our Book a walkthrough page: typically your name, email, the time you picked, and any details you write into Calendly’s notes field. Calendly receives that information directly; we see it once it lands on Jeremiah’s calendar.

How we use it

We use your booking information solely to confirm the walkthrough, do the job, and send invoices. If you become a customer, we keep your contact information so we can follow up between visits and remind you of upcoming appointments.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not run advertising on this site.
• We do not share your information with marketing companies.

Analytics and visitor notifications

The site runs Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page load times. These are aggregate and anonymous; they do not set tracking cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

When you arrive at the site, your browser sends a one-time notification to the owner that includes the page you landed on, the referring site (if any), and your IP address. This helps the owner know when the site is busy so he can respond faster. The notification is sent once per browsing session.

Third-party services

Booking is handled by Calendly. When you pick a time on the Book a walkthrough page, the information you enter goes to Calendly first and is governed by their privacy policy. Two other third-party services run in the background: Vercel (our hosting and analytics provider) and Telegram (the messaging service that delivers visitor notifications to the owner). Vercel is governed by their privacy policy and Telegram by theirs.

Cookies

We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for performance and security; those are not used to identify you. If you interact with the Calendly widget, Calendly may set its own cookies under their privacy policy.

Where the data is stored

Calendar bookings live in Calendly and on Jeremiah’s connected calendar. We do not maintain a separate database of leads on this site. The only copy we hold is whatever ends up on the calendar and in the notification email Calendly sends.

Deletion and access

If you’d like us to delete your information, email info@brobstcleaning.com from the same address you used to contact us, and we’ll remove it from our records.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
