Spot treatment, deodorizing, and pre-vacuuming are part of every job. Not upsells. Standard furniture gets moved. Heavy or specialty pieces stay put with corner protectors under them.

Two cleaning methods, picked per job
The method depends on the carpet fiber, how dirty it is, and how soon the space needs to be back in use.
- Hot Water Extraction (HWE). Deepest clean. Dry time 4–6 hours.
- Very Low Moisture (VLM, encapsulation). Uses 80–90% less water. Dry time 1–2 hours.
- Heavy traffic and pet-soiled areas usually need HWE. Offices and quick-turnaround spaces usually go VLM.
