Chemicals & Equipment

What kind of chemicals do you use?

We try to use eco friendly chemicals as much as possible. We keep the health and safety of our clients in mind when we use chemicals.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Brobst Cleaning Services uses commercial grade equipment for most jobs. This includes our vacuums and carpet cleaning equipment.  

Can you use our products and equipment?

We prefer to use our own chemicals. We find it better for us to use what we are familiar with. If we use cleaning chemical that we are not familiar with, we will not guarantee the results. 


 We have several customers that have us use their own vacuum, and we are fine with this. 

Do you have any chemicals and products that you do not like?

Yes! We do not like Swiffer floor care products, Windex, and Pledge. 


Schedule & Payments

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and invoice through Square.

Do you give quotes over the phone or email?

Unless you are a regular house cleaning customer, no. We need to be able to verify the size of the home or business we are cleaning is. We need to know the condition of the area we are cleaning. 

Do you allow payment plans?

In certain situations we allow customers to make payments. We understand that not all customers are able to pay the full price of a job that they need done. 

Should I be a monthly or bi-weekly customer?

This decision comes down to a few considerations:

  1. What is your budget?
  2. What are your needs?
  3. What are your physical limitations in cleaning?
  4. What is the square footage of your home or business?

How do I get on your house cleaning or office cleaning schedule?

  • The first step is to have use give you a quote.
  • Then we discus your specific cleaning needs.
  • We determine how long it will take to clean your house or business.
  • Finally we work out a day that works for you and get you on a rotation.


Miscellaneous

What is your cancelation policy?

If you reschedule we don't charge a cancelation fee. If you cancel less than 2 days in advance, we charge 50% of the quoted job. 

Are you alright with working around pets?

Yes! We are fine with working around dogs and cats. 

What are the benefits of being a regular house cleaning customer?

  • You will have access to the owners cell phone number.
  • You receive discounts on carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning. 
  • You are locked into a schedule and all other customers will be scheduled around your preferred time.
  • You will receive free cleanings or extra perks if you refer us to other people.
