What areas do you serve? +
Dauphin, northern York, Cumberland, western Lebanon, and southern Perry counties. Roughly 25 miles around Harrisburg. Jobs further out get a small distance surcharge.
Are you insured and bonded? +
Yes, both. Certificate of insurance and bond available on request.
How do I get a quote? +
Call or text 717-421-9650, or fill out the quote form. We respond same-day. For most jobs we finalize the quote after a quick walkthrough or a few photos.
What payments do you accept? +
Cash, check, or Square invoice. Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) is added to invoices.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations less than two days before the scheduled visit are charged 50%. Reschedules are free.
Are there days you don't work? +
No work on Sundays or any major U.S. holiday: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Do you work around pets? +
Yes. Dogs and cats are no problem. Just let us know what to expect when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies? +
Yes. I bring all the equipment and products. If you have specific products you want used, tell me and I will use yours.
Do you do any handyman or repair work? +
No. I focus on cleaning.
What if I'm not happy with the work? +
If something isn't up to your satisfaction, I'll return that day if possible, or stay later, at no extra cost. If I've already left the jobsite, I'll correct the mistake within 24 to 48 hours.
